Foolanthropy Holiday Drive

Hi Fool! Thank you for your support of Pencils of Promise this past holiday season – the campaign was a huge success. Due to that success, we want to offer you the chance to join us on a Pencils of Promise trip to Guatemala from June 19 – 23 to see their work in action! We currently have one trip spot available. We’ll do a random drawing from those of you who are interested and available for the trip: if that sounds like you, keep reading for details!

Trip Details:

• The trip dates are June 19 – 23.
• The Motley Fool will cover reasonable air fare costs.
• Pencils of Promise will cover in-country costs with the exception of alcohol and personal shopping.

You must opt-in in order to be part of the random drawing. To opt-in you need to:

• Send an email to [email protected] by Sunday, March 23 with your name and preferred contact information indicating that you want to be part of the drawing;
• Be eligible for international travel and either have or be able to get your passport by early June;
• Be able to commit to the June 19-23 travel dates;
• Be a real, live, human being age 18 or over. (Sorry to Spock and all the very generous historical figures and dogs who contributed to the campaign.)

The drawing will take place on Monday, March 24. We will draw one winner and 3 alternates in case additional spots open up or someone is unable to attend.
